WIE Impact Series Elevate Research Activity Connect, Workshops & Mentoring for Impactful Research
1. Background
Women in Engineering (WIE) IEEE Indonesia play a vital role in driving innovation, research, and societal change. However, many women academics face challenges in enhancing their research capacity, accessing research funding, collaborations for impactful research orientation. The WIE Impact Series aims to address these gaps through a combination of seminars, technical workshops, mentorship, and a research symposium. By fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and society, this initiative will strengthen the visibility, inclusivity, confidence, and impact of women in engineering research.
2. Objectives
- Strengthen research capacity and technical skills among women lecturers in engineering and related fields.
